Individual Training

While TRAC Athletics provides a multitude of team and group training opportunities, we also offer individual training through our highly accomplished coaching staff.

Whether you’re looking for field- or box-specific training, whether you’re brand new to the sport or hoping to upgrade your existing skillset, or whether you’re looking for offensive, defensive or goaltending training, our staff will design an individual program for your specific needs.   

Plus, Toronto Rock Strength & Conditioning Coach, Sean Holmes, provides individual training at The Dynamic Athlete and can build your one-on-one session specific to your position’s needs on the field or at the rink.

What you can expect:

  • Developmental plans created based on a players’ skillset & individual goals
  • Players are provided post-training assessments reviewing strengths & areas of improvement
  • Improve overall skillset and knowledge of the game
  • Break bad habits and fine-tune good ones
  • Judgement-free environment giving players a safe space to try, fail and succeed
  • Position-specific drills that translate directly to the field or floor
  • Get in more reps than you would in a team or group practice environment
