Sports

Known globally for being the best lacrosse-first facility in the sport, the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre (TRAC) has also proved to be an ideal spot for an array of other sports.

In addition to field and box lacrosse, the TRAC has also hosted soccer, football, field hockey, rugby, ultimate frisbee, competitive dance competitions, and more.

The TRAC’s two indoor turf rinks (200’ x 85’), which include a scoreboard system, a sound system, rink-side seating, and plenty of locker-room space, provides the perfect space for indoor training a variety of sports, often used in the winter/off-season months for sports like soccer and rugby.

Our outdoor artificial turf is NCAA-lacrosse regulation and FIFA Level 1 certified regular sized. The playing surface is FieldTurf rubber infill turf – a non-abrasive turf which simulates real grass and gives true roll and bounce to all sporting balls.

Interested in renting our indoor or outdoor space for your sports training, leagues, tournaments or events? Visit TRACAthletics.com/facility/rent/ or contact TRAC General Manager, Nick Rose, for more information (nrose@torontorock.com).
