U13 (PeeWee), U15 (Bantam) and U17 (Midget) teams compete annually at the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre for a round robin style tournament that awards gold, silver, and bronze medals. The Jr. NLL Tournament is hosted by the Toronto Rock.
The Jr. Rock, who starting in 2022, will be comprised of the best players competing in TRAC Athletics’ Rock Stars Elite Lacrosse Program, have won a record eleven gold medals at the tournament since it first started in 2013.
The event attracts thousands of players, coaches, families, and supporters to the TRAC in Oakville. In 2019 teams from Alberta, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, New York, Nova Scotia, Pennsylvania, Saskatchewan, and of course Ontario, attended the high-level box lacrosse tournament.
