Rock Elite League

Founded in 2012, the REL has grown into one of the sport’s most popular box lacrosse leagues, offering development & game-play opportunities for a wide range of age groups. The leagues are coached by past & present Toronto Rock pros, led by TRAC Athletics Directors Colin Doyle, Dan Dawson, and current Rock captain Challen Rogers. Last year’s season saw record-setting registration highs with the U9 Division doubling in size the the 21 Division expanding to a six-team league due to unprecedented demand.

2023-24 REL Highlights

– The U15 age group will now move to full game play like our competitive U17 & 21U divisions. The U9, U11 and U13 age groups will continue to split their sessions between development/practice and game play.

– The 2023-24 REL season will be one full season (not split into fall & winter seasons like past recent seasons).

– REL seasons will start slightly later than some previous years in order to avoid conflict with the OMFLL and early season hockey commitments. As always, the season will run from mid October to early March.

– All leagues will be coached by an array of past & present Toronto Rock & National Lacrosse League players

– Unlike last year, there will be no ID Camp (tryout) from U9-U17. The 21U Division will still have their annual evaluation night prior to teams being announced.

– Players selected for the 2023-24 Boys Rock Stars teams will again compete in this year’s leagues and are required to register through the appropriate below links. Rock Stars will be placed on rosters throughout the league in their appropriate division, again, to keep rosters balanced.

– As part of the registration fee, players will receive a uniform provided by the Toronto Rock Lacrosse Shop.
