Rock Elite League

Founded in 2012, the Rock Elite League has grown into one of the sport’s most popular box lacrosse leagues, offering development & game-play opportunities for a wide range of age groups (U9-21).

The leagues are coached by past & present Toronto Rock pros, led by TRAC Athletics Directors Colin Doyle, Dan Dawson and Challen Rogers, plus TRAC GM and 21U Commissioner, Nick Rose. Click here to see the TRAC Athletics staff.

U9-U15 sessions will be held weekly on Sundays starting October 18, while the U17 and 21U divisions will play on Monday evenings starting on October 19. The U17 & 21U age groups will also host our annual evaluation session on October 15.

PLAYERS RECEIVE

U9-U15 14 weeks of competitive gameplay + two tournaments (REL Super Series, Dec. 28, 2026) and (REL Cup, Feb. 28, 2027). Tournaments will feature the same teams from the REL season, and included in REL registration fees. All U9-U15 teams will be entered in both tournaments.

GOALIES

Due to overwhelming position demand, U11-21U REL goalie registration will not be on a first-come, first-serve basis, but rather selected by our staff based on a variety of criteria (does not apply to U9 division). Goalies must still register and be waitlisted in order to be considered. While the U11-21U goalie registration option will say “Full”, you will still be able to register and added to the waitlist. All goalies will be informed via email whether they were selected or not. Only goalies selected will be invoiced after being informed.
