Prior to training and competing with the Rock Stars Elite Lacrosse Program Boys or Girls teams, 2014/2015 (DOB) players who attended the Rock Stars Evaluation Camp will be selected to train, compete, and develop through the Rock Stars Elite Lacrosse Development Program from mid-September through March.
The program, led by TRAC Athletics Director Dan Dawson, is specifically designed for elite-level players at this younger age group to not only develop faster but also be more prepared when graduating to the Rock Stars Elite Lacrosse Program U13, U15 and eventually U17 age levels.
In 2022/23, the Rock Stars Elite Lacrosse Development Program will include:
– Competing in the Rock Elite League during the fall & winter
– Weekly fall and winter training – box gameplay, sixes gameplay, skill development dedicated to making players better in all aspects of lacrosse in every version of the sport
– TBD exhibition games or other events
– Rock Stars member card for discounts at The Dynamic Athlete and the Toronto Rock Lacrosse Shop
