Player Check-in Procedures & Dressing Room Assignments

2006/2007 Division

Players are asked to check-in at a tent that will be located near the pathway from the parking lot to the outdoor field. Please let TRAC staff know what team you are rostered to and your full name. You will receive a team pinnie, shorts (black for 2006s, white for 2007s), event program, and goalies will also get a box jersey. Day 1 for this division will include field lacrosse. Dressing rooms are only provided during your box-specific day. The check-in/pre-tournament schedule will include:

8-9am
Check-ins: Raiders (Red), Stealth (Black) and Titans (Royal)

9-10am
Check-ins: Smash (Carolina), Shamrocks (Green) and Bulls (Yellow)
Practice: Raiders (Red), Stealth (Black) and Titans (Royal)

10-11am
Practice: Smash (Carolina), Shamrocks (Green) and Bulls (Yellow)

Gameplay begins at 11am. Click here for 06/07 CBS game schedule. On Day 2, you will be assigned your own dressing room indoors.

2008 & 2009/2010 Division

There will be no formal check-in procedure for these divisions. Unlike the 2006/2007 Division, these divisions will spend Day 1 competing in the box-specific games indoors. A dressing room will be assigned to every team that they will keep for that day, but only that day. Pinnies, shorts, event programs, plus box jerseys for goalies will be waiting for you in your assigned dressing room. It is advised to arrive half an hour or earlier for your first game to ensure you locate your dressing room, find your correct uniform, meet your teammates & coaches, etc. On Day 2 for field lacrosse, simply show up to the field outdoors for your game. Click here for the 2008 schedule, and here for the 2009/2010 schedule.

College Coach Check-ins

Coaches are asked to arrive at the TRAC’s Meeting Room A, which is located upstairs and straight ahead towards the west side of the facility (overlooking the outdoor turf). An event package will be waiting for them there. See Colin Doyle recent email for further details.

2008 & 2009/2010 All-Star Game

Top-performing players will be selected to take part in an All-Star Game. Teams will be coached by Connor Buczek/Latrell Harris and Dave Scarcello/Challen Rogers. The game will be played outdoors at 3:30pm on Tuesday, July 11. Teams will be announced by 1:30pm that same day. Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre

The newly opened Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre will have a station set up at this year’s CBS (indoors within the red turf rink). There will be a “Recovery Zone” highlighting the Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre’s service offerings & bracing/athletic products, 15-minute complimentary massages, plus a giveaway for compression CORESHORTS.

They will also be demoing the VALD Performance Athlete Testing Systems for screening, monitoring and rehabilitating athletes as a potential future service offering at the Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre. This system is used by elite teams (English Premier League, Rugby Union, NBA, MLS, NFL, NCAA, MLB, AFL, A-League) to measure various aspects of athletic performance and enables you to objectively track and monitor strength, power, limb symmetry and neuromuscular function over time. Following testing a detailed report can be printed for athletes with test results.

We encourage all participating players to swing by their station and take part in the VALD demo. Plus, visit TorontoRockSportsMed.com for more info on what the Toronto Rock Sports Centre & Wellness Centre has to offer.
