Border Wars: 2023 All-Tournament Teams & Most Valuable Player Selections

The 2023 edition of Border Wars was by far the event’s biggest yet, showcasing incredible player performances across all of the tournament’s seven stacked divisions.

This year’s Border Wars also included all-girls divisions for the very first time.

While team medal winners were awarded on the final day of last month’s event, the tournament’s highly anticipated All-Tournament Teams and Most Value Player award selections have been debated over the last two weeks. This year, TRAC Athletics staff put a greater emphasis on coach feedback from every team that took part when selecting teams and MVPs. A team’s final placement (gold, silver, bronze, fourth and round-robin finishes) also helped dictate how many All-Tournament Team selections participating clubs were awarded.

A total of 36 teams and over 650 players competed at this year’s Border Wars. Below are the players selected as 2023’s best.
