All TRAC Athletics programming to restart throughout February

With the Government of Ontario easing various COVID-19 restrictions starting January 31st, TRAC Athletics is excited to confirm the start & restart of various leagues & programming that were put on pause during this most recent lockdown.

Leagues & programs that will start or restart in coming weeks include:

Rock Elite Development League
Divisions: U9, U11, U13 and U15 Winter Season
Start Date: Sunday February 13th
Winter season schedule and new rosters will be announced soon. While the U15 division is completely sold out, there are a select few roster spots available at the U19, U11 and U13 age groups. Register here.

Rock Elite League
Division: U17 Winter Season
Start Date: Sunday February 13th
Winter season schedule and new rosters will be announced soon. The league is completely sold out.

Rock Elite League
Division: 21U Fall/Winter Season
Restart Date: Monday January 31st
The 22U REL division is a full fall/winter season and will continue from where regular season play left off prior to the lockdown. Click here for 22U REL schedule, scores, standings and stats.

REDL 3×3
Division: U7 (2016/17 DOG)
Start Date: Wednesday February 16th
After two extremely popular, sold-out sessions held late last year, TRAC Athletics is happy to announce that the 3×3 REDL (2016/17 DOB) will be back for a third round starting February 16th. The six-week program will once again be led by Toronto Rock player and TRAC Athletics Director, Dan Dawson, along with several other Rock teammates and TRAC Athletics coaches. Rock Stars Elite Lacrosse Program
Divisions: U11 (development), U13, U15 and U17
Restart Date: Various depending on age group
All Rock Stars will be emailed directly with details on when training restarts. The program includes Rock Stars Boys, Rock Stars Girls and Rock Stars Development.

TRAC Masters League
Division: Masters Winter Season
Start Date: Thursday February 10th
While the new Winter Season begin on February 10th, Fall Championship games will be played on Thursday February 3rd. Click here to see the Master Fall League schedule, scores, standings and stats.
