Rock Stars 2024-25 Open Tryouts: Register Now
The Rock Stars 2024-25 Open Tryouts will be taking place at the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre over the first three weeks of July. Each boys age group’s Open Tryout will consist of two 2.5-hour sessions that will include both box & field lacrosse. All girls age groups will consist of a single session on July 4 and will also include both box & field lacrosse.
New This Year: Final 24 Evaluations
At the conclusion of the Open Tryouts, 24 players will be selected to participate in one final Rock Stars tryout on July 23: the Final 24 Evaluations. Additional details regarding the Final 24 Evaluations will be provided during our parent meeting which will take place prior to the start of the Open Tryouts.
Open Tryouts for the following birth years will be held this year:
Boys: 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014
Girls: 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012
Boys/Girls Developmental: 2015/2016
The Final 24 Evaluations will not apply to the Rock Stars Developmental Team (2015/2016).
Who are the Rock Stars?
Within the Rock Stars Boys, Girls and Developmental Program, TRAC Athletics provides elite-level lacrosse players with the best training, competition, coaching, guidance, and mentorship while embodying the same core values & principles as the National Lacrosse League’s Toronto Rock. Players will develop, improve, and excel individually through the program’s competitive team-focused concept in box, field, and sixes lacrosse while being coached by past & present professional players & coaches who’ve excelled in the sport at every possible level. Rock Stars players are exclusively selected to represent the Jr. Rock at the National Lacrosse League’s Jr. NLL Tournament held annual at the TRAC.
