2025-26 Rock Elite League: Everything You Need to Know
The start of the sold out 2025-26 Rock Elite League season is just days away for most of this year’s divisions, featuring players from all over the province of Ontario.
Here’s everything you need to know for all of this year’s divisions, including important reminders for what happens in Week 1.
U9 & U11 DIVISIONS
STARTS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2025
U9: 9:30-11am
U11: 11am-12:30pm
Check-ins will take place at the TRAC’s front desk at the facility’s main entrance. Check-ins will begin the hour prior to division start times (above). Players will receive a pinnie, and goalies a jersey. Your pinnie/jersey number will be pre-assigned prior to check-ins. Dressing room assignments will be posted on the monitors outside of both pads every week.
Please bring full equipment (helmet, stick, gloves, kidney pads, shoulder pads, jock, athletic shorts and running shoes for players, plus leg pads, pants, jock, upper body, helmet, glove and stick for goaltenders).
Please bring your own water bottle.
Approx. half an hour of drills & developmental, followed by game play.
There are no scores, stats or standings for these division. Team rosters will be confirmed for Week 2.
U13 & U15 DIVISIONS
EVALUATION DAY IS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2025
SEASON STARTS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2025
U13: 12:30-1:45pm
U15: 1:45-3pm
Check-ins will take place at the TRAC’s front desk at the facility’s main entrance. Check-ins will begin the hour prior to division start times (above). Dressing room assignments will be posted on the monitors outside of both pads every week.

Week 1 will consist of a series of small-sided games, which will allow coaches to evaluate talent in order to better balance rosters. TRAC Athletics Director Challen Rogers will meet with all players on the blue pad and organize players into temporary teams for the day. Final rosters and a season schedule will be released the following week.
U17 DIVISION

U17: 7:30-8:30pm

There is no Evaluation Day for the U17 Division.

21U DIVISION
EVALUATION DAY IS MONDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2025
SEASON STARTS MONDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2025
21U: 8:30-9:30pm or 9:30-10:30pm
An Evaluation Day (for players only – 21U goalies do not have an Evaluation Day) will take place on Monday, October 20. REL GM Nick Rose will confirm the Evaluation Day time and other details via email with all participating players.
Rosters will be confirmed online the week after, as well as the final season schedule.
The 21U season (gameplay) schedule will start on Monday, October 27.
