Rock Elite League: 2022-23 REL Cup champions & MVP winners

The 2022-23 Rock Elite League crowned their Cup winners on Sunday, March 6, 2023 during the fall & winter league’s biggest year to date.

From the highly popular U7 Pebbles program to the 21U REL, which features some of the very best players in the province, more amateur athletes took part in TRAC-based leagues over the past several months than ever before.

The U11-21U leagues featured players participating in the Boys Rock Stars program, the high-level players distributed throughout the leagues. Tryout information for next season’s Rock Stars teams will be announced in coming weeks. The Girls Rock Stars will be holding an ID Camp at the TRAC on Wednesday, March 15.

The 21U REL Cup takes places this Wednesday between Team Silver & Team Carolina at 8pm.
