21U REL: Watch the 2022-23 Cup Final LIVE on March 8

The 21U Rock Elite League’s 2022-23 Cup Final will be streamed live

Team Silver take on Team Carolina on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre (8pm ET) to determine this year’s 21U Rock Elite League champion.

Fans can watch the game in person at the TRAC or via live stream on TRAC Athletics’ official YouTube channel (click here or scroll below to watch). Both viewing options are being made available for free.

Founded in 2013, the REL regularly features some of the province’s top talent with age groups ranging from U7 to 21U. Dozens of present-day National Lacrosse League players have participated in the league over the years, including: Andrew Kew (Georgia), Landon Kells (Las Vegas), Ryan Smith (Rochester), Jake Fox (Albany), Chris Boushy (Halifax), Riley Hutchcraft (Rochester), Josh Dawick (Toronto), Nick Damude (Panther City), and many others. 21U REL Award nominees both last year and this year features some of today’s absolute best Ontario Junior Lacrosse League & NCAA talent too.

Teams are also coached by past & present pro players. In this year’s 21U REL Cup Finals, Team Silver will be led by Toronto Rock forward Zach Manns, while Team Carolina is coached by Rock defenseman Adam Jay.
