Register for Boys REL & REDL 2021/22 season

Since the facility first opened its doors in 2012, the Rock Elite League (REL) and Rock Elite Development League (REDL) have been two of the most highly anticipated and popular programs at the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre (TRAC).

The upcoming fall & winter campaigns for both leagues will provide more playing opportunities for players than ever before, more coverage of players participating than ever before, plus will showcase the highest calibre of talent the leagues have ever had.

TRAC Athletics is proud to launch registration for the Boys REL and Boys REDL 2021/22 seasons. Both leagues will begin play this September.

The REL will include U21 (previously Junior) and U17 (previously Midget) divisions exclusively offering competitive gameplay, while REDL programming will provide players with both development and game action at the U15 (previously Bantam), U13 (previously Peewee), U11 (previously Novice), and U9 (previously Tyke) divisions.

Both REL & REDL rosters will include players who were selected for the Rock Stars Elite Lacrosse Program (U11-U17). These players will be placed on rosters throughout the leagues in order to keep gameplay as competitive and fair as possible. The Rock Stars rosters will be evaluated and selected over coming months. Click or tap here for more on the Rock Stars program.

“I cannot wait to be able to get the players back on the floor and playing competitive box lacrosse again,” said long-time REL commissioner and Toronto Rock starting goalie, Nick Rose. “We’ve spent the past several months planning for this season and have dedicated ourselves to making it arguably the biggest and best REL & REDL seasons we’ve ever had. I personally feel it will be our strongest offering since we started the league back in 2013.”

The leagues will also benefit from TRAC Athletics recent announcement of GameSheet becoming the program’s official stat provider, as well as the new TRACAthletics.com scheduled to launch prior to the seasons’ start in September. “We’re committed to providing our players with more exposure as well as celebrate their team and individual accomplishments on our various growing digital and social platforms.”

As part of their registration fee, REL players will receive a Rock-branded jersey & shorts, while REDL participants will receive a TRAC Athletics pinnie.
