Rock Stars 2023-24 Team Tryouts: Dates, times and other important info

The Rock Stars 2023-24 Team Tryouts start on Canada Day (Monday, July 3). See all age groups dates & times and other important info below.

Check-ins are an hour before your tryout time on Day 1, where you will also receive your tryout pinnie (if needed). Players can change into their pinnie and then immediately go upstairs (Meeting Room A) for their headshots & uniform fittings. During this time, parents will also join TRAC Athletics Directors Colin Doyle or Dan Dawson on the red turf for the yearly pre-season parent/coaches meeting. The coaches will outline the upcoming season’s schedule, plus allow parents to ask any questions. A detailed info package will also be provided.

Day 2 will include only the on-field portion of the tryouts.
