I grew up in B.C., so over the years I’ve been to many facilities out west and have also had the chance to check out a few other spots in Ontario. I can honestly say, there is no facility that can compete with the TRAC. With an incredible outdoor turf and two pro-level turf rinks inside, we are able to run field programs and then in the same day bring the kids indoors and provide box training too! A player never has to worry about the state of our fields, whether it’s raining, snowing, or anything else. At the TRAC, players can just show up knowing they’re getting the best of everything no matter what. We always make it work!

I wish when I was younger, I had the opportunity to come to a facility like this and be taught by some of the best to ever play. Having elite-level coaches like Colin Doyle, Dan Dawson, Challen Rogers, and other NLL legends is something you just don’t get with other lacrosse programs, or really in any other sport.

The fact that the TRAC is also the home of the Toronto Rock is really special and always fires our players up. If you’re part of TRAC Athletics, it means you are committed to the sport, which creates such an amazing environment here. No one takes the TRAC for granted, and I’m truly honored to be a part of this facility and programming over the years. I really enjoy watching all the kids in our programs grow and develop into amazing lacrosse players on the floor, and great people off of it too. I’” – Adam “Sugar”  Jay
