Midwest Classic: Rock Stars medal winners, MVPs and all-star selections

During the Martin Luther King Day Jr. weekend (January 14-16, 2023), the Rock Stars Boys teams travelled to Columbus, Ohio to take part in one of USBOXLA’s biggest tournaments of the year – the Midwest Classic hosted by Resolute Lacrosse.

Of the seven Rock Stars teams that competed, six earned their way to the division finals, playing against the best teams from the American Midwest region and beyond.

In total, the Rock Stars won three gold & three silver medals, had three players named tournament MVPs for their grad group, and placed an additional 29 players on All-Star Teams throughout the seven stacked divisions.

Next month, both the Boys & Girls Rock Stars will be travelling to Phoenix, Arizona to take part in USBOXLA’s Winter Nationals. Click here to see how the team did at this same event last year.
